Bonjour, my name is Fátima and I recently married the love of my life and had the wedding of our dreams. Every single thing down to the smallest detail, I planned and orchestrated it BY MYSELF…With my husband’s support of course and with the support of my amazing team (venue coordinator, floral specialist, photographer/videographer). They were my dream team. Thus, I wish to give back to the industry! I am organized, resourceful, I love to plan ahead (with enough anticipated time) and can get creative when need be! Most importantly, I take great joy in helping others remain as calm and stress-free as possible. I can speak Spanish and French fluently so feel free to tell your friends, aunties, uncles and grandmas.

You read through my services and would like more information or to inquire about prices. Not a problem. Go ahead and book that first free consultation which will be via zoom or phone call. My advice: a zoom meeting is better so we can really get to know each other and determine whether we are a match! Allow me to get excited with you about your upcoming event!
So you like what you heard and would like to move forward and book with me, Yaya! I will send you a customized PDF contract with all the information mentioned during our consultation along with an invoice so you can read carefully, sign and make the deposit payment. Once you sign the contract and pay the deposit, we are good to go to the next step: Planning! The anticipation starts to build...tan tan tan! You ready?!
We are here...the best step in planning, honestly. This is where you let me have it and let all your ideas rain down on me. Together we can geek about your event and talk theme, design, colors, decor etc. This meeting will be in -person and take up to 2 hours so brace yourself and pick a location where either coffee or cocktails are readily available. I am a professional but I don't mind cheering with you and toast for your upcoming event. I want to be your hype gal all the way! You can bring your significant other OR your bff. Not a problem. We are planning to party, am I right or am I right? During this meeting I will give you one task/hw assignment for our next meeting. Don't be mad, it's for a good cause.
Now that we have an idea of what your event will be looking like. It's time to talk vendors, venues and all the tedious details. This is where you let me know if you have vendor friends you would like to hire OR if you prefer I provide you with a list of my preferred vendors. Ideally, during these weeks/month we can start making some calls and booking with vendors. This meeting can be via zoom or in-person. Your call!
Now that we have the deets down and I gotta get to work! As time progresses I will be working behind the scenes but we will be in constant communication regarding your event. Feel free to text me or call me within my working hours. I am a prompt responder but bare with me if it takes me a little while.
